From July 2014 to January 2015

Firtsly, I had to make decisions when dealing with customer complaints or special cases such as honeymoon trip packages, special discounts etc. Furthermore, I assisted clients in making reservations in the properties of the company by e-mail, phone and Skype. Last but not least, I had to provide the clientele with any information related to the reservations if required.

Cross-trainee in front office and human resources departments

From October 2013 to January 2014

As a cross trainee I experienced working as a guest relations agent, a call centre agent as well as a concierge. When pursuing my first month of the internship in Human Resources I mostly had to handle all the documents of the employess of the hotel during the pre-opening and opening stages.
