From July 2018 to January 2019

• Provide information on a professional manner about the hotel and surrounding areas to the guests
• Taking responsibility for any guests queries and complaints on different levels (Individual guests, crew members, corporate guests, official delegation, VIP guests)
• Welcoming guests with an appropriate check-in (leisure or business) and rooming. Confirming rate, type of room and trying to maximize the room revenue by upselling the guest
• Upon departure, prepare the billing and proceed to a friendly check-out by asking to the guest a feedback on their stay with us
• Preparing arrivals for the next days: assign and block rooms for groups and individuals, communicate with the housekeeping the rooms that have to be cleaned in priority
• Run daily reports and identify special requests for the upcoming arrivals, prepare vouchers and follow-up with housekeeping and room service for special set-up in room
• Responsible for a cash float
• Overall communication with all services and outlets within the hotel to ensure highest quality of service delivered to the guest
• Handle and update reservations via telephone, central/global reservations, correspondence and directly with the guest at the front desk
• Proceed to Vectron/Opera reconciliation during the night shift, sort out all the receipts coming from the outlets and preparing adequate reports for the accounting department
