I started my internship by working as a waiter in the 4-star hotel Almenara Resort & SPA. During first month I went through all shifts (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Upon successful completion of this phase of my internship program I have started receive more management functions.
Direct responsibilities included:
- Checking / Verifying Breakfast and Pool-Bar
- Hostess in Breakfast
- Creating checklists for the main and pool restaurants
- Setting up the maximum and minimum beverage levels in the main restaurant
- Checking orders and store rooms
- Weekly inventory of beverage articles and checking whether it matches the sales and purchases

Career with this travel company, spanned 4 years as PR Manager and the last 6 months as a Head of PR Department.
Direct responsibilities included:
- Improving the image of the company, leveraging customer feedback on social networks
- Organization and support of press tours, corporate and industry events,
- Relationship development with key media outlets
- Writing of press releases, advertising copy and creating variety of presentations

Major initiatives included:
During the crisis in the tourism industry my team developed a project to strengthen professional connections through the organization and conduct of the contest Miss Tourism (2012, 2013, 2014). This project not only helped to improve existing relationships with our network of agencies but also to increase brand awareness among consumers.
Specifically organized by myself work in the media and social networks achieved approximately 95% utilization of all of the new flights of our company, to such resorts as: Zakynthos (Greece), Cancun (Mexico), skiing in Austria, Italy and France.
Other my initiatives include, the work schedule of my team (department) was reorganized and optimized. As a result, some conflicts between employees and company management were resolved.
