Leadership Roles* for Les Roches Alumni
Develop and inspire diverse teams that deliver amazing customer experiences.
You’ll lead through inspiration, using our culture of open, honest feedback to help each team member grow and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also build relationships with the local community and its businesses, creating an atmosphere where all are welcome.
Roles include: Manager, Senior Manager, Store Leader and Market Leader.
Manager
- Who You Are - You are a hands-on, enjoy a challenge and are naturally focused on planning & prioritisation.
- What You'll Do - Lead teams, provide supportive feedback and ensure both your team members and your customers have a valued expeirence.
Senior Manager
- Who You Are - You are a communicator first and foremost. You're also a quick, decisive thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
- What You'll Do - Help drive your store's vision and purpose, develop other managers and support the Store Leader with business strategies and critical decision-making.

Sales
Introduce people to the Apple products that help them do what they love in new ways.
Up front or behind the scenes, wherever you work in the Apple Store, you’ll have the chance to make a big difference — for your customers, your team and yourself. You may even work with local business communities, connecting entrepreneurs and professionals with the tools they need to build success.
Roles include: Specialist, Expert, Pro, Operations Expert, Business Expert and Business Pro.
Specialist
- Who You Are - You’re energised by interactions with other people and you thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment.
- What You'll Do - Discover customers’ needs, then follow up with the right solutions. You guide and advise the customer, and help set up their new products.
Business Expert
- Who You Are - You’re skilled at nurturing and evolving relationships, and passionate about Apple products and services. You keep your finger on the pulse of innovation in business technology.
- What You'll Do - Connect business professionals and entrepreneurs with the products they need to help them build success.
