Nominations are now open and will close on 21 April 2025.

Eligibility criteria

• Campus Representation: The board must include representation from the following campuses:
  • Les Roches Switzerland: 4 seats
  • Les Roches Marbella: 2 seats
  • Les Roches Abu Dhabi: 1 seat (this will temporarily be filled by alumni from the other campuses until Abu Dhabi Alumni exist)
  • Please note: alumni from Les Roches Jin Jiang are welcome to apply, but due to the campus closure and a smaller alumni base, there is no dedicated seat for this campus)
• Graduation Period Representation: At least two (2) members must represent each of the following graduating year bands:
  • 1979–1999
  • 2000–2014
  • 2015–2024
• Gender Diversity: 
  • At least 33% of the board (minimum 2 members) must be male 
  • and at least 33% of the board (minimum 2 members) must be female.
• Additional Criteria: 
  • Candidates must not be currently working for a direct competitor of Les Roches (any institution in the Top 10 Hospitality QS Rankings 2025).
  • Candidates must not have any pending financial or academic issues with Les Roches.
  • Candidates must not have any conflicts of interest with the school or alumni community (personal or professional).
  • Candidates must hold a completed Diploma or Degree from Les Roches.
