I worked my way up from stewarding to global hospitality management and I have experienced single and multi-site operations, venue design, openings and renovations, project management, budgeting and forecasting, quality management systems (QMS), hiring and training.

I thrive in a competitive, challenging and culturally diversified business environments and I am recognized as an innovative and creative manager. I’m great at building results-driven management teams with a focus on achieving guest satisfaction and I have a high-spirited approach to consistently grow revenue assisting in achieving a company goals.

My track record includes Global Operations Director, Corporate Director of F&B, complex multisite Banquet Management and high-end Restaurant and Private Members Club Management with companies such as CÉ LA VI Group, KU DÉ TA Group, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Intercontinental Hotels.

From the start of my career, I’ve had a passion for the hospitality industry which became engrained into my personality and demeanour from a very early age. Driven by challenge, my management style is hands-on and decisive, yet flexible. I’m skilled in creating and implementing strategies, expansion plans, working with shareholders and investors, development of operating and capital budgets, financial analysis, payroll and cost control, and service training.
