Summary

Being a Hotel Manager with established experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with the production, sales and distribution of products and services.
I am comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial, analytical approach in solving problems and developing business processes for the hotel. Having proven people management skill, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.

As being the driver of the operational improvements, we maximize the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational costs. One of my key responsibilities is to monitor and continually improve standards of performance and quality within the operation.

DUTIES:
Being the Hotel Manager, I manage a team of approximately 350 employees in a busy work environment while negotiating contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk. On a yearly basis I establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures which are reviewed every quarter with each HOD. Creating, managing and analyzing performance data and other information.
Ensure that capacity and capability are continually planned. Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy.
Ensure compliance to all Environmental Health & Safety goals & objectives. Producing Operations manuals which define how the business is to be run. Working closely with the Financial Manager, F&B Manager, Front Office Manager, HSK Manager, IT Manager & HR department.
